This exquisitely designed ciboria is crafted to match the famous Tassilo chalice, including beautiful two-tone symmetrical designs. The cup features images of Christ and the four Evangelists, and the inscription on the base reads PER IPSUM CUM IPSO IN IPSO, meaning "For Him with Him in Him." The famous Tassilo chalice is traced back to Duke Tassilo III of Bavaria, Germany in the eighth century.
