The roman collar has 3/4" front opening. Collarettes are designed to be worn with neckband shirts and are the finest available. Velcro closure. Comes in two height sizes #2 (1-1/4"H) or #3 (1-1/2"H). Designed to be worn with comfort collar OF50 and collar buttons, sold separately.
